Apricot Silver Gravel is a Scottish cobble gravel containing a mixture of chippings and colours. It consists of a mixture of natural cut and semi rounded quartz and granite stones for a contemporary look. The colour is a mix of apricot, grey and white, with four distinct stones: white, apricot, white with black flecks and red with black flecks.
The mix of white and multi-coloured stones gives Apricot Silver Gravel a lot of depth and character. When it rains, the grey stones go almost black while the reds and whites stay crisp. This creates great contrast and livens up outdoor spaces, which is why this gravel is so popular in decorative areas like water features.
You can use Apricot Silver Gravel for functional areas like driveways and pathways, and in decorative areas around benches and bedding areas. You can also use it around trees and to fill areas that would otherwise be plain soil.
The 20mm size makes this gravel suitable for drainage and standing areas. For drainage areas, we recommend a thickness of 60mm or more. You can also use Apricot Silver Gravel to supress weeds in combination with a weed mat.
The warm apricot shades of this gravel are unique and provide a welcome warmth to outdoor spaces. Landscaping projects that call for warm shades without drawing attention to the ground would benefit most from this gravel.
We sell bulk bags of Apricot Silver Gravel containing 800kg to 850kg of product. Coverage is excellent and a little goes a long way thanks to the 20mm size.
